We had a playdate at Erica’s yesterday and planned a theme of seeds. It was a really fun day. Here’s a little of what we did….
The kids made little eggheads for sprouting seeds.
Erica read a book about seeds (I even learned a bit!)
This picture is dark but I love the feel of it. 🙂
Don’t the boys look darling playing together? Seconds later, Alex clobbered Oliver. The little stinker. 🙂
The kids played a game of Life…
…and a game of Slamwich.
They made seed/bean pictures…
Here’s Victoria’s dog (with a leash tied to a tree).
The kids also played outside and did lots of free playing. Erica was watching two other kids, too, so we had 9 kids in all! They all got along and played in little groups, though, and it didn’t seem like that many! We planned more stuff for us all to do, but we didn’t want to overdo it and they got to just do their own thing this way. The best part is that Erica and I got to sit and yap for a nice long time! 🙂
